How do I return my item?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us you would like to return it.

Once you have arranged the return with us, you then have 14 days to send the item back to us. Please email us at contact@pulche.com.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

We do not currently offer free returns, unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

Shipping costs

We ship internationally with DHL using tracked premium delivery. There are no additional charges for delivery.

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid, so standard shipping, duties, and import taxes are included in the price shown at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with DHL tracking details.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local holidays, or carrier delays.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. While we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered processing, we will always do our best to help wherever we can.
