We ship from our dedicated warehouse in the UK. We ship internationally with DHL using tracked premium delivery. We offer free shipping on all orders.

 

SHIPPING, DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders to the US, EU and Australia are sent are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means the price you pay at checkout includes standard shipping, applicable duties, and import taxes for your delivery region.

Please note that European countries outside of the EU are not covered and may be subject to local import duties or customs charges. The same applies to all other destinations worldwide. We recommend reviewing your country's regulations before placing your order.

You should not be asked to pay additional customs duties or import taxes when your order is delivered.

If DHL or a customs authority contacts you for payment of import duties or taxes, please contact us at contact@pulche.com before making payment so we can assist.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within (1-3 business days), excluding weekends and public holidays. During collection launches, private sales, or peak periods, processing may take longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with DHL tracking details.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier handling, customs processing, local holidays, or events outside our reasonable control.

If we become aware that we cannot dispatch your order within the stated or legally required timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and, where required by law, the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

 

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate.

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@pulche.com as soon as possible so we can open an investigation with DHL.
